Virtual Bootcamp!

As many of you will remember, we ran Kent’s Toughest Bootcamp at Canterbury Rugby Club last year. We loved it and really wanted to do the same again this year. Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 we are unfortunately not going to be able to run the Bootcamp the same way we did last year. Like everyone we are having to adapt. So, we are taking a fun new approach this summer - a Virtual Bootcamp!


Here are all the details...


Dates and Times

The Bootcamp will be initially running on a Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6:30. Each class will last 45 minutes. More days/times will be added should demand be sufficient.


Equipment

You won’t need any equipment at all, however, if you have weights there will be exercises that you can weight if you wish.

You can take part from anywhere, your living room, garden or local park. All you will need is some form of internet connection to join the class.

Feel free to use a mat if needed, however if you did Bootcamp last year, you'll know that they aren't necessary!


Price

£5 per screen. As this will be done on Zoom, we will only be charging £5 per screen. This means that individuals, couples or families can all join in for the same price, providing they are in the same household.


Limited Spaces

In order to give every participant effective coaching, motivation and attention we are limiting the amount of zoom spaces to 8 per Bootcamp. Please book in advance when you can so as not to miss out!

If the interest is there then we are more than willing to open up more class times.

If the class is full, please do still book on as you will go straight onto the waiting list where you will be notified if a place becomes free.


Class Content

The Bootcamps are suitable for everyone. The workouts will be tough full body workouts, testing your strength and cardiovascular fitness, but there will be options for every ability. No one is too fit or unfit for our Bootcamps and the classes will be tailored to cater for everyone.

If there are certain exercises you can't do or aren't comfortable doing, an alternative will be provided.

The only requirement is that you work hard to the best of your ability and have fun!


How do I get involved?

Click on this link to book your spaces online. You will only be able to get a space by booking and paying online, as this is the only way you will get the Zoom link to the class.

Bookings will be taken up until 15m before the class start time, but we would advise booking your space in advance to avoid missing out.
