PERSONAL TRAINING INDUCTION

Everyone must start somewhere and for personal training, this is a consultation known as induction. Inductions are completely free and only take 1 hour. The hour is split into a 15-minute discussion about the client's history and attitude to training, followed by a 35 minute, well-rounded workout. The purpose of this is to find out any particular strengths or weaknesses, the current level of fitness and more importantly if the personal trainer and trainee are the right matches

PLANNING YOUR PROGRAM

Once our friendly induction has taken place, we move on to the planning stage. This starts with program design and goal setting. Once a set of targets have been agreed, your trainer will develop a tailored program that is best suited to achieving these goals and correcting any weaknesses discovered in the induction. A key feature of our program planning is the taking into account of a client's busy lifestyle and how to fit their personal training around it.

MONITORING YOUR PROGRESS

Having begun training, the next step is to start working towards your goals from both a nutritional and training point of view. Support is a key ingredient to this and being able to contact your trainer with nutritional questions during the day or queries about aches and pains is vital, whether your goal is to improve technique, lose body fat or gain muscle & strength. Progress will then be closely monitored through different variables and goals revisited regularly in order to ensure the most effective program.
