With a background in professional rugby, Sam Sterling has always had a Strength and Conditioning type of approach to training his clients.

WHAT WE DO
We are involved with multiple local schools and clubs at u16, u17 and u18 level including Kings School, Canterbury Academy and Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys. Rugby is something that we are very passionate about. Having played professional and semi professional rugby around the UK and Ireland, coaching was always going to be on the cards at some stage.
Qualification: Level 2 Rugby Coach
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Having been involved in multiple sports throughout my life, becoming a Strength and Conditioning coach was a natural progression. After qualifying as a Personal Trainer and setting up a local business, qualifying as a Strength and Conditioning coach has allowed me to bring a higher standard of training to my personal training clients whilst allowing me to help athletes across a range of sports including basketball, running, rugby and football achieve their potential.
Qualification : Level 4 Strength and Conditioning
Our 1 to 1 personal training operates from Lifestyle Fitness in Canterbury. We also travel to clients houses in some cases. Our clients range from young weightlifters to the elderly and disabled. We are constantly learning and providing the highest level of training for all of our clients. Every client is given bespoke training plans, nutritional support and access to our training app.
Qualifications : Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer
Online personal training is a more affordable approach to training. With daily support from our personal trainers and constantly monitored programs, the attention given to each and every client is of the highest standard. We would describe our online training as like having a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and motivational friend in your pocket.
Every summer we run a hugely successful bootcamp at Canterbury Rugby Club. With 80+ people taking part last year we are incredibly excited for what this year will bring. Bootcamps are great for your general fitness and can be a great way of getting involved with a diverse new community of varying ages and abilities.
